Bronze
Provides routine maintenance.
Silver
Provides the benefits of bronze but also covers access to our callout services, 24-hours a day. A call out charges will apply.
Gold
Provides full servicing including callout charges, free fitting of replacement parts for normal wear and tear and firmware upgrades on ICU2 security installed systems.

Callout Charges : Special Notes
With Gold, engineer call out charges are included except in the case of where the system has been damaged by users or third parties or as a call out due to customer miss-operation. Nor are charges included if the system has been damage due to fire, storm, flood or act of God.
